Daily Duties at Keller Brothers, Inc.:

 Responsible for supply inventory, control supply costs by working with suppliers on pricing.  Maintain and monitor all company cell phones including, replacement and upgrades, trouble shooting and fixing equipment to reduce costs when able.  Maintain all office machines, call in service orders, and coordinate replacement when leases are complete on machines.  Assist Project Managers with the processing of paperwork, submittals, subcontracts, scopes, logs, and job close-out.  Administer monthly Excel Spreadsheets to track several aspects of company operations to include copier usage, cell phone costs, vacation used by employees. Assist with bookkeeping duties, payroll, A/R, A/P when needed.  Manage Subcontractor database of qualified subcontractors to bid with company.  Design and distribute marketing and advertising materials to potential clients and organizations.  Supervise receptionist for company and prepare local government pre-qualification packages.  Plan and execute all company events from Holiday Parties to Annual Pig Roast for over 300 guests.  Update company website using Adobe Contribute and support almost all of IT aspects of the company.  Generate correspondence for President of company as needed as well as Adobe files organizing close-out documents for owners.
