•Supervised a staff of 37 employees. •Provided client services; Resolved customer and staff issues as related to billing, drivers, accounts payables/receivables, etc. •Supervised accounts payables/ receivables staff and operations. •Helped customers identify future needs; Recommended appropriate equipment. •Conducted daily and monthly safety meetings; ran monthly safety drills. •Delegated duties to mechanics and administrative staff. •Analyzed accounts to ensure that operations were within budget. •Supervised fleet inventory and stock control. •Managed branch sales agreements to ensure the proper completion of paperwork. •Organized and implemented branch DOT program. •Managed the branch Environmental Health & Safety Program. •Served as branch liaison for multi- million dollar accounts. •Performed General Electric annual compliance audits. •Human Resource functions including hiring, dismissal, appraisals and training. •Monthly P&L reconciliation and reports
