Daily Duties at Ct Army National Guard :

Responsible for the training, welfare and leadership development for 131 Officers, Non- Commissioned Officers and Soldiers. Responsible to Maintain 100% accountability for all unit equipment totaling about 3.3 million dollars. Plan, coordinate and execute realistic combat training on a monthly basis. Maintain a very successful unit recruiting plan in area of operation. Responsible for the education of soldiers on Afghan and Iraqi culture and history.
