Daily Duties at Gallatin Valley Real Estate, Inc.:
Responsible for all operations and acquisitions of real estate for the Company including all management reporting and financial information for each of the projects as well as budgets, loan draws and cash flow. Responsible to see that all due diligence for property acquisitions was complete. Interfaced with all lending institutions, loan brokers for obtaining loans for the projects. Interfaced with all partners, investors and outside legal counsel on all projects. Structured and created all new entities including reporting systems to control project costs. Supervised up to 15 staff members.
