Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente:
Tracked and managed Employment Training Grant (ETP) for approximately $1 million granted by the State of California for job training programs. Worked with Labor and Management reps to develop internal training programs for employee job enhancement and upgrades. Coordinated employee educational stipend and tuition reimbursement programs for Southern California region. Conducted and scheduled LMP training coursework and provided follow-up.
