Daily Duties at Pnc National City:

Hired as branch manager of Orland Park Place de novo office with responsibility for developing branch team to exceed branch stretch goals for growth in consumer and small business deposits, investments, lending and other products. Ensure account-opening documents are prepared according to standard policies / procedures, coach team to maximize opportunities, provide customer service training and manage escalated, complex customer service issues. Manage all HR functions including hiring, termination, discipline and participate in all outside activities that affect both branch and community. In March of 2006 I was asked to open an additional de novo (Tinley Park) to include managing both locations.
