• Perform preclinical sample analysis using validated methods in a regulated environment. • Review study protocols, preparing supplies for protocol studies • Participate in developing formulations that will enhance transdermal penetration of L-DOPA for the treatment of Parkinson’s patients • Conduct fundamental physico-chemical characterization of molecules including pH-solubility profile, partition coefficients, accelerated degradation, and physical/temperature stability studies • Participate in-vitro drug metabolism studies, and planing appropriate lab models according to internationally accepted guidelines • Document daily experimental/laboratory work in a regulated environment. • Maintain reagents supplies , chemical Inventory, dishwashers and supplies, manuals for Analytical Instruments, etc. • Maintain laboratory notebooks for inspection by Lab manager and the CEO. • Write brief reports, data summeries.
