Daily Duties at Citibank:
• Manage day-to-day activities of all Operations from point of checks deposits to final delivery of items to the Federal Reserve Bank and also responsible for all investigations and resolution of Customers Complaints. • Cultivate strong internal and external customer’s relationship through continuous contacts, follow-up, feedback, contracts negotiations and business entertainment activities. • Supervise the hiring and training of Temporary staff and office support personnel; institute all procedures for service team resulting in a knowledgeable staff and higher quality service levels. • Ensure very robust Control environment at the Processing site. Co-ordinate the quarterly risk, control and self assessment (RCSA) and continuity of business (COB) activities; also ensure semi annual reviews. • Establish new processing techniques; as such reduced overtime expense by 20% three years consecutively. Collaborate with other areas of the Bank to meet the common goal of Customer’s Satisfaction.
