Directed, reviewed and approved activities for 4 direct reports (including 1 from EMEA) and 41 indirect reports including facilities, janitorial and support services such as mail, shipping/receiving reprographics, fitness center and the onsite cafeteria. Executed lease negotiation, design and vendor management on a global level. Developed, obtained executive approval and implemented the strategic plans, the annual forecasts and analyzed/reported department performance to plan. Scrutinize specific needs of the office and implement right-size infrastructure and support systems to ensure effectiveness of the offices. Travel extensively to build new relationship with expanded international offices.
