Daily Duties at H Itachi Data Systems:
Managed 7 direct and 37 indirect reports, including a third party facilities engineers group responsible for 765k sf of space in Santa Clara, San Diego and Indianapolis. Directed continued process and facility improvements consistent with requirements of organizational efficiency while reducing budgets. Management responsibilities included vendors, suppliers, out-sourced service providers and contractors for facility services in Americas and Asia Pacific region. Administered all design and office projects related to the Americas and Asia Pacific region. Communicated with internal customers and leadership; obtained requirements and expectations related to facility projects. Assembled, obtained approval and managed the department’s annual budget related to projects/facilities. Directed daily activities of the real estate project managers for the Americas and Asia Pacific Region. Directly negotiated leases in Asia Pacific Region and interacted with Americas Lease Administrator for Americas leases. Provided support to the Emergency Response Team and Security to meet company needs.
