Daily Duties at Primerica Financial Services:

Administrative: Provided, secured and negotiated resources and services needed to manage company. Responsible for the management of both financial and human resource issues. Managed procurement, contract administration, space management, data processing, and similar or closely related activities for agency. Developed budget estimates and justifications ensuring funds were used in accordance with the operating budget. Collaborated with other agencies to find solutions to management problems impacting agency operations. Negotiated contracts, agreements, and cooperative arrangements with other agencies and private organizations. Analyst: Analyzed and evaluated (on a quantitative and qualitative basis) the effectiveness of advertising and marketing programs to determine if programs were in line with meeting agency’s goals and objectives. Investigated new business and management practices for application to agency operations. Accounting clerk: Posted details of transactions, total accounts, and computed interest charges. Monitored loans and accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Balanced, and reconciled billing vouchers, ensured completeness and accuracy of data on accounts; and coded documents according to company procedures. Reviewed computer printouts against regularly maintained journals and made necessary corrections. Reviewed invoices and statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Attended company training for selling financial products such life and health insurance, mortgages and retirement plans. Trained licensed recruits by observing 10-15 “closes” to ensure they understood the sales presentation, completing appropriate forms and processing client payments. Evaluated the performance of new recruits to make sure they met company goals. Reviewed financial periodicals, stock and bond reports, and business publications to identify potential investments for clients and kept abreast of market trends. Enhanced client experience by adequately training recruits on financial services business.
