Daily Duties at International Finance Corporation:
Prepares reports and supporting materials for major projects funded by IFC. Drafts and provides technical support for briefing materials to upper management regarding the use of budgeted funds to business schools in Africa. Prepares budget documents and supporting materials in the budget execution cycle as assigned by the Team Leader/Program Officer. Assists in determining the accuracy and adequacy of data and its appropriate use. Develops and presents in-depth analysis of deliverables of business schools to IFC, ensuring on-time case study materials meet program proposals. Evaluates historical trends and other appropriate information in preparation for proposals. Completed travel authorizations and claims for staff travel, including researching and preparing trip information packets and/or itineraries. For example, prepared travel vouchers, handled travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and events, prepared claims for travel reimbursement, and obtained travel approval. Provided guidance on travel procedures and IFC travel regulations. Prepared travel arrangements for staff with multiple destination itineraries. For example, reviewed travel arrangements and vouchers, developed policies on official travel procedures, and provided guidance to other staff on IFC travel regulations
