Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Minimize losses to the bank by investigating and decisioning fraud claims using various system tools and applications. Effectively communicated with account holders to gather all facts and related information in reference to the initiation of fraud claims. May debit or credit accounts as needed and follow up with account holders in regards to pending claims.
