Daily Duties at Great Lake Princiles:

I would go over the architectural drawing for the project, and if I found something that needed a change I would send then back to make the changes.After I was satisfied with the drawing I would send then out to the subcontractor for bid. I receiving the bid back I would analyze each bid fro each sub to make sure that nothing was beening left out of excluded. I would the bring in the two lowest biddeds and go over their scopes of work, after choicing the sub I would calling them all up (all the low bidders) and we would see what kind of saving we could achieve though value engeering he project. I would the submit plans to the villagfe for their approval. Pick the up after review and have any change they wanted taken care of. After picking up permit I would move out to the site and handle all the construction from removal of the black dirt to finishing the teant build outs.
