•Maintained and processed bi-weekly payrolls for 174 exempt and non-exempt employees in 17 states. •Processed wage garnishments. •Maintained yearly salary budget worksheets. •Entered payroll, PTO accrual, and fringe benefits journal entries into accounting software. •Provided ad hoc reports to CFO and Director of Human Resources which have aided in increasing the efficiency of employees and maintaining the company compliant with State and/or Federal labor regulations. •Reconciled monthly employee benefit invoices. •Generated month end reports to close books and for distribution to internal management team along with monthly invoices to external clients. •Performed general ledger accounting analysis, including monthly balance sheet reconciliations. •Reconciled accounts receivable to the general ledger. •Maintained daily cash reporting, adjustments, aged accounts receivable balance and update, and reconciliation to bank records. •Analyzed aging accounts payable reports and processed weekly check runs.
