Daily Duties at Home Depot Hq:
Monitored and supported Home Depot Stores hardware and software applications for USA and Canadians HD Stores via phone calls or fax. /Provided support for Point of Sale (POS) systems including registers and peripheral, devices (i.e. Scanners and scan guns) in addition to all stores hardware including printers, Tape Back-up, Kronos clocks, TTY terminals and store PC's /Used VANTIVE software to enter Information in the database /Solved problems using UNIX, PC Anywhere, On Command CCM and HD Intranet to log on to Network devices (Switches, Routers) and Servers ISP’s and PP/Provided support to French Canadian Stores and translated for other teams
