Daily Duties at United Healthcare:

Responsible for client relationships and contract management. - Direct all daily operations including: - Business development, program development around the entire scope of Secure Horizons programs and services including Medicare/ Medicaid, ASO partnerships Group Retiree Opportunities within the service area and Long-Term care - Support the Counties efforts around network development and service expansion - Delivery of covered medical care and other services/benefits - Efficient operational infrastructure to support business site and goals - Strategic planning and implementation - Staffing, employee development, and human resources - Financial management including profit and loss, budgeting financial forecasting and active plan development - Serve as key liaison between site and corporate - Provide the leadership necessary to maintain a motivated, productive and competent management team through open communication and delegation of responsibilities and authority - Guide and direct subordinate executives in their personal and professional development. - Local/Tactical Advertising and Marketing Plan Execution - Training support for all Distribution channels (Internal and External) - Public Sector Relationship Development at the local, state and federal level - Liaison for Beneficiary Services to include enrollment, claims and customer service - Development and execution of a successful Product Strategy within the different service areas (Grow the business profitably)
