Daily Duties at Penske Logistics:
• Directed all supply chain, logistics, distribution and transportation with $20 M budget. • Provide distribution services to16 local distribution centers in 8 states. Distribution encompassed over 800K sq. ft. of warehousing and local and shuttle transportation with over 50 power units. Responsible for operating 60 clamp trucks. Inventory management, returns processing, product refurbishment. • Mentoring 5 direct reports, 7 supervisors, over 160 hourly associates including clerical, local and over the road drivers, clamp truck operators. Full P&L responsibility, safety leadership, quality management, performance reviews, multi facility.
