RNA Pharmacy Solutions, Englewood, OH Software Trainer May 2009-October 2010 • Prepared and conducted software training with new RNA Customers and existing RNA • Facilitating training between on-site facilities and on-line • Assisted with customer support troubleshooting calls (during training downtime) Sales and Marketing Team January 1999-October 2009 • Involved in qualifying and assigning leads that came from several different sources • Conducted on-site visits to existing customers and prospective customers • Completed preparation and creation of company marketing materials • Prepared software quotations and worked with the hardware division to ensure the quotations complimented the software quote • Oversaw contract preparation and worked closely with upper management concerning contract language modifications • Mediated between prospective customers and upper management concerning sales terms and other negotiable issues Distribution Coordinator July 1988-March 2000 • Assured timely distribution of programming updates, drug-price updates, clinical information updates of medications (including drug interactions) • Assisted with welfare claims processing for pharmacies in 10 different states • Responsible for shipping the media out to customers after data processing was completed • Handled all incoming and outgoing shipments within the organization
