Daily Duties at Highcroft Racing:

- Managed sponsor relations and served as day to day sponsor contact to various Highcroft Racing partners - Responsible for ideation, planning, and execution of sponsor assets outlined in each contract - Coordinated multi-day hospitality programs for C-level executives at each ALMS race to create a unique and memorable environment for relationship building - Recommended and collaborated on all aspects of the race weekend hospitality components (F&B, collateral, off-site dinner, hotel, at track experience). Compiled post event feedback to continue to improve on events - Served as on-site sponsor liaison at each race, built a good rapport with executives receiving excellent feedback - Researched and strategized companies to target for new sponsorship opportunities, created well rounded activation ideas specific to each prospect and outreached directly to prospective companies - Created a sponsor strategy process updated tracking of sponsor outreach, enhanced collateral materials and sponsor proposals, increased outreach capacity - Acknowledged for being a self starter, creative thinking and delivering high quality customer care
