Daily Duties at Ogihara America Corp.:

•Facilitated weekly Quality Concerns meeting with Management staff to discuss action plans and deadlines for when quality concerns will be addressed •Analyze SPC variable Data and report out Cp/Cpk and Pp/Ppk to Quality Engineers •Issued Quality Alerts for production when issues arise •Participated in PPAP process to ensure a successful launch of new model project •Collected SPC variable data for all production parts (Assembly and Stamping) •Performed Gage R&R studies on numerous checking fixtures on production floor using Datamytes •Performed Incoming/Receiving inspections on all incoming sub assembly parts including steel blanks for press operations using calipers, and various hand tools •Performed manual destruct test to verify spot weld integrity •Responsible for quality checks on produced parts on various assembly and stamping lines •Worked in numerous robotic weld cells to produce body sub-assembly parts •Qualified in performing quality metal finish on Class A surface •Removed and set up Stamping dies from tandem press line between production runs
