Daily Duties at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama :

•Respond to and investigate line quality issue calls that pertain to parts Quality •Performed daily scrap review to determine at fault party and reported out on how to prevent scrap •Set up and coordinate in house containment with supplier representatives and 3rd party sort companies •Measure Gap and Flush dimensions on sub-assembly parts and BIW to verify quality specs are met •Perform Gage R&R studies on numerous stamping check fixtures in preparation of TS 16949 audit •Operate Wave Scan (DOI), Elcometer, and X-rite equipment for paint appearance evaluation •Measure pH and viscosity levels for all new incoming paint samples from suppliers
