Oversaw national marketing campaign for 1,400-room luxury hotel in downtown Atlanta, with a specific emphasis on developing the leisure, individual traveler, tour operator, special event, and food & beverage segments (Nikolai’s Roof and Trader Vic’s) for the property. Completely redesigned all in-house and guest-room communications. Applied yield management strategies to leverage room rates, grow revenue and maximize occupancy, which increased 2% during tenure.
