Developed a confocal laser scanning microscopy method used to assess intracellular accumulation of reactive oxygen species. Designed cloning paradigm used for the generation of absolute quantitative real time PCR standards. Oversaw pre-doctoral students’ project that assessed changes in HIV-gene related expression levels in a HIV-1 transgenic animal model.
