Hired to assume overall program responsibility for an over $8B long term agreement portfolio of 30 fleets, 1100 engines and 25 customers in Americas, Asia & Europe. Lead 20 member global Portfolio/Program Manager team to improve program profitability, resolve customer commercial issues & engage support groups to achieve effective operational capability. Directly engage customers on business reviews & win-win solutions commercial solutions.
