Daily Duties at At&T Advertising Solutions:

Designed, created, and prepared artworks used in prepress (spot/process color separation), multimedia, and online sites using Photoshop, Illustrator, and server-based workflows across 22 states for large and small projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Oversaw, managed, and coordinated responsibilities for the development of graphic design projects from conceptualization to finish, employing innovativeness and creativity while at the same time meeting a 3-5 day turn around and 7 designs per day quota. Closely collaborated with clients and sales personnel to create visions and conceive modern designs that suited the requirements and tastes of clients and consistently met deadlines. Planned, developed, and conducted highly persuasive, strategic, and creative sales and marketing presentations that effectively enhanced market awareness. Established and cultivated positive and lasting vendor relationships to maintain high quality of production. Determine if in-house documents are best distributed in print or electronic format. Handled and supervised a team of 4 employees on interim basis, to determine workload distribution and determine the need to bring in additional resources.  Oversaw use of technical equipment and systems including scanners, desktops and high end printers.
