Daily Duties at Azco Inc:

Managed pipe fabrication/installation projects in the power, pre-treatment, chemical, food processing, and pulp and paper industries. Developed mechanical proposals (estimates) for industrial and commercial projects including pipe fabrication, equipment setting (pumps, tanks, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, coolers), pipe supports and piping with a award percentage of 15%. Engineered and purchased pipe supports and hangers for power, refinery and chemical projects avoiding delays in pipe installation. Coordinated timely release of field work packages to correspond with release of pipe fabrication and mechanical construction schedule. Monitored progress and productivity of pipe support, piping and welding installation on a daily bases and submitted progress reports to upper management. Assisted in managing safety and quality assurance to protect AZCO and their clients. Managed testing, start-up and project close out along with coordinating commissioning when required.
