Oversaw architects, engineers, contractors, and internal personnel while directing nationwide project. Developed project scope from lines of business requirements, established budget and schedule and worked with accounting to approve the project. Managed design approval, permitting and civil, plumbing, mechanical, electrical construction on project through out the United States. Developed land for office space and parking to facilitate business growth. Managed preventive maintenance and repairs on over 200 facilities and securing the least down time saving Schneider and their clients time and money.
