Daily Duties at Gaylord Hospital:
Started as Staff Nurse then Charge Nurse for Spinal Cord Injury unit. Also worked on other rehab units as needed. Received CCM in 1993 and helped establish the Case Management Program at the facility. Established Best Practices Stroke Program with stroke team. Transitioned to Outpatient Dept. and developed the Outpatient Case Management program. Each patient was treated via the Team approach with good outcomes.
