Daily Duties at City Of Charlotte/ Solid Waste Services:
Act as hands-on Project Manager over all day-to-day functions including: Manage multiple crews (50+ Employees) servicing one quarter of Charlotte’s residential community for diverse collection services including: Automated garbage removal, recycle, yard waste & bulky garbage collection, and removal of white goods for reprocessing. Duties also included: investigate citizen complaints, accident investigation, property damage, interview, hire and train new employees along with managing costs of the 5 year contract with the city auditors.
