Spearheaded regional sales initiatives in both the Sacramento, California and Las Vegas, Nevada markets, overseeing up to 29 branch and satellite operations, 9 departments, and a staff of more than 200. Directed all functions within the Rental Department, including Branch Operations, Fleet Planning, Business Development, Human Resources, Accounting, Vehicle Repair, Remarketing, Loss Control, Insurance Industry Marketing, and the Call Center. Provided temporary leadership to the Retail Car Sales operation.
