Interviewed clients onsite to determine the relevancy of documents for coporate merger; Complete responsibility for organizing, labeling, creating privilege logs, indices and attorney guides for over 500 boxes during corporate merger; assisted attorneys with extensive document reviews to determine relevancy of materials; reviewed briefs and identified exhibits; prepared attorneys for depositions.
