Daily Duties at Ge Lighting:

• Managed two new product development programs in a dynamic start-up environment and delivered new high brightness LEDs from concept to production within defined timeline and budgets • Delivered $5M revenue in the first year, meeting customer specs and passing reliability tests and achieved market recognition for high quality • Developed excellent relationship with suppliers and solved numerous issues collaboratively • Led cross functional team consisted of finance, purchasing, quality, sales and engineering to complete deliverables of each stage and pass all 3 tollgate reviews with senior management • Determined customers’ desired product characteristics by conducting market research, customer visits and benchmarking competitive products • Trained in Project Management tools and trained in Six-Sigma Green Belt
