• Estimated direct and indirect materials, labor and burden costs to manufacture components in house; performed buy-versus-make analysis and made recommendations to management • Created and maintained manufacturing cost models to forecast manufacturing costs for products and conducted sensitivity and scenario analyses for various macro and market conditions to help manage future costs • Collaborated closely with purchasing to set sourcing targets and help identify new suppliers to reduce final product cost with improved quality
