Responsible for managing a LTL freight end of line terminal in Fredericksburg Va. Day to day operations to including routing and dispatching for 3 city P&D drivers and 1 line haul driver. Daily interaction with internal management and external commercial, civilian and DOD traffic management offices to ensure freight in delivered according to specifications. Responsible for maintaining and developing growth strategies. Developed rapport with military officers to earn respect in handling DOD freight.
