Daily Duties at Cna Insuaance :
Provided first level corrective actions on over 8000 nodes in the Data Center and field offices. First level support included installing or replacing servers, troubleshooting connectivity problems, running diagnostics and/or installing patch updates. Hardware support included replacing hard drives, CAT-5 cables, Network Interface Cards or other components as required. Installed and troubleshoot CICSO 6000 and 7000 family of routers/switches.
