Daily Duties at Modis:
Led group to achieve successful project launches, steering several programs into production roll-out. Guided teams of 20 from various departments and worked jointly with management personnel to address issues. Modified time line for program planning period from 2 to 4 weeks in order to include Project Initiation Phase. Freeing up time to meet with marketing team and gain better understanding of program’s importance to the business. Created team building activities that include focus group meetings and program summaries. Increasing staff involvement in program development and implementation process.
