Daily Duties at Excel Environmental Construction, Inc.:

Plan, direct, and coordinate crews and specialty trade subcontractors in all phases of commercial and residential construction and remodeling projects and serve as primary point of contact with clients. Manage, with hands-on involvement, contracts, cost controls, scheduling, and budgeting. Perform regular inspections throughout all construction phases, ensuring quality assurance and control and adherence to detailed specifications and blueprints. Maintain safety regulations, policies, and procedures in compliance with OSHA and industry standards. Oversee site remediation, underground storage tank removal, waste hauling, and soil disposal. Perform various general construction tasks including installing storm water and/or sanitary sewer systems, concrete flooring, walls and flat work, and interior carpentry. Supervise general excavation and finish grading, ensuring grading meets or exceeds requirements.
