Daily Duties at Time Warner:
Report to Director of Human Resources; responsibilities include overall human resources generalist support for the Charlotte client market encompassing over 1500 employees. • Strategically partner with Time Warner Cable Corporate and Regional Human Resources in the development and implementation of various human resource objectives. • Manage various aspects of recruitment function by collaborating with TWC recruitment team in regards to the selection process and retention initiatives. • Collaborate with Corporate Legal in regards to any escalated or potential liable employee relation incidents as to reduce company risk and obtain favorable outcomes • Provide consultative human resources value to the organization through the effective and efficient delivery of client support services • Assist in the administration and delivery of employee benefits and provide effective consultation in the resolution of any benefit related client issues • Member of TWC Diversity Council and responsible for the market’s diversity initiatives and goals. • Partner with training and development in the delivery of corporate training programs to both the management and front line employees. • Support and assist in the accomplishment and timely delivery of any corporate or regional special projects.
