Assisted with the management of a $89 million annual budget for a training program that has graduated approximately 3500 students since its inception. Supervised advisory and administrative staff at JIPTC. Supervised & managed human resources activities. Program designer & manager for implementation of the Mobile Assessment Process and Mobile Assessment Team Automated Evaluation System. Program manager for the design and implementation of curriculum maintenance & archive processes, program scheduling activities, and staff organizational structure/committee processes.
