Daily Duties at Northern Trust:
Coordinate, Prepare, Review and File Various Northern Trust Funds and Third Party Clients Annual and Semi-Annual Reports, Annual Prospectuses and Other SEC Filings (N-CSRs, NSARs, N-Qs) of Various Mutual Funds. Coordinate and Supervise the Timely Audits of Various Mutual Funds and Negotiate Reporting Issues With External Auditors. Supervise the Calculation of Total Returns and Performance Figures for All Funds. Forecast Income and Expenses for the Purpose of Increasing/Decreasing Fund Dividends. Analyze and Monitor Expense Accruals and General Ledger Account Balances for Various Mutual Funds. Post Year-End Closing Entries for Various Mutual Funds. Manage Staff and Assist in Effective Staff Recruitment, Development, Performance Evaluation and Promotion.
