Daily Duties at H&R Block:

I partner with 25 franchisees in 58 offices by developing short and long-term growth strategies through business planning and local market analysis. I determine the proper revenue increase based on individual markets and Company goals. I train and motivate franchisees and their staff to achieve goals and provide superior client service.
