Generated comprehensive marketing campaigns using information gleaned from the sales database and Voice of Customer (VOC) visits. Tracked salespersons’ successful closes and determined how individual techniques could be applied at other Key Accounts. Created incentive programs to improve salespersons’ participation. Launched market programs targeting under-penetrated markets for Loctite products. Led a team of 10 Key Account managers. Trained employees on computer applications and advised field sales representatives on ways to improve performance. Presented marketing programs to Key Accounts and educated engineers and C-Level executives on adhesive use.
