•Collaborated with key business representatives to provided strategic direction for advancing the Business Intelligence capabilities for Healthways with a 2 year Business and Technical roadmap •Managing the tactical and strategic efforts in deploying Business Intelligence and Data warehouse platforms •Made significant process and standards improvements for project delivery and operational support activities by performing gap assessments and closure, quality assurance, configuration management, and migration management, data quality audits, SOX compliance and data/system standards •Reorganized and facilitated significant up-skilling of the Report Engineering department with Succession planning and skill assessments and professional development plans
