Daily Duties at Intel Corporation:
Manages a variety of technical behaviors with 20 manufacturing technicians who work 7x24 in the areas of Safety, Quality and output. These technicians perform to a set of safety, quality and output indicators which keeps Intel Corporation in the top 100 companies to work in. Customer Service Orientation is my specialty combined with developing mediocre teams into top performing teams related to output.
