Manage both office, warehouse and driving crews to produce results in cost and service. Track KPI factors such as on-time service, load capacity, MPG on delivery routes. Plan and assign daily delivery routes to store. Maintain and track DOT standards and OSHA safety rules and regulations. Design static loading plan on a weekly basis to maximize loading efficency.
