Key contributor to the firm's growth from approximated annual revenues of $4 million and 11 employees to more than $12 million and 50 employees and expansion into California, Texas, and Florida. Responsible for overseeing daily operations and project production in all offices and allocated appropriate staffing to ensure design schedules and budgets were aligned and met. Instrumental in developing MAI’s reputation as a design trendsetter and gaining worldwide recognition as one of the foremost experts in golf and resort architecture. Collaborated in the design development, managed production of construction documents, and provided project and construction management services for private private high-end golf course clubhouse developments. Responsible for QAQC design and construction documents reviews and overall compliance and service quality. Established and maintained clear communication and positive relationships with clients, consultants, general contactors and the user community. Successfully performed on-site management and quality control services to ensure projects met time and budget requirements and were built in accordance with contract documents. Coordinated marketing activities, prepared proposal invitations, openings, and finalized vendor selections based on quality standards and alignment with the company’s and client’s requirements.
