Successfully interfaced and coordinated with clients and respective design team consultants in developing design concepts and assisted the team in following local jurisdictions planning and permitting requirements. Oversaw production of design documents, schedule of activities, budget and cost estimates, planning and allocating resources to deliver the project within defined time and cost parameters. Organized, implemented and managed design collaboration, alignment and oversaw drafting production and detailing from conceptual through final production phases. Skilled at defining scope of project and concluding work contracts with qualified and experienced Contractors on reasonable terms. Matured sensibility at providing meticulous site/construction observation and enforcing work performance within terms of contract. Highly resourceful at troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems, consistently meeting project deadlines and highest possible quality standards. Built and nurtured relations with local jurisdictional authorities, consultants and vendors to assist in obtaining required project approvals and meeting project production and completion deadlines.
