• Oversaw and directed plant operations, including manufacturing, production, quality control, safety, inventory control, warehousing, customer service and support, and shipping and receiving activities • Responsible for the procurement of raw materials, production planning, and maintenance scheduling • Managed, motivated, mentored, and evaluated a team of 30 and facilitated effective training programs • Assisted in the screening, interviewing, and hiring of qualified employment candidates for all positions • Implemented and oversaw quality control activities & conducted inventory counts and reconciliations
