Analyzed DOD/DA concepts of logistical service and support and how they are incorporated into the respective strategic plan(s). Provided information papers and associated briefings to enhance the ultimate support to the Combatant Commander(s) and Service Commanders. Researched issues and conducted feasibility studies to support the Army Sustainment Command mission. Developed proposals to streamline operational and logistical support across the U.S. military spectrum. Worked as independent contractor providing oversight implementation of Operations Center operations; developed and submitted Operations Center Standing Operating Procedures; coordinated training for personnel; developed reports to be used in Operations Center; and developed and provided briefings.
